Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange something, no worries! You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back.
Just make sure the item is unused, unworn, sealed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and your receipt included.
To start a return or exchange, simply fill out our Return Request Form. You can also reach out to us by email at momdaughts.pk@gmail.com or message us on our official WhatsApp. We’ll guide you through the process and send you a return shipping label if applicable.
Once we receive your item, we’ll carefully inspect it. If everything looks good and meets our return guidelines, we’ll happily refund you—either to your bank account or as a MomDaughts' voucher for your next order. You can also request an exchange instead of a refund if you'd prefer a different size or product (subject to availability).
🔒 Please note: Only unused and sealed products are eligible for a refund. If the seal is broken or the product is used, the return will not be approved.
Additional Notes:
- The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- In some cases (like exchanges), shipping costs may be paid by the customer on both sides.
- If the returned item is used, damaged, or doesn’t meet our policy, it will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for the delivery charges both ways, which will be collected as cash on delivery (COD).
- For approved returns, you won’t need to pay upfront for return shipping if we send a label—but shipping charges will still be deducted from your refund. If your return isn’t accepted, you’ll need to cover delivery charges when the product is sent back to you.
