Indulge IPL Advanced IPL Hair Removal Device

Indulge is designed for adults aged 18 and over with black, dark brown, brown or gold hair and skin tones from White to Brown (Types I–V).

It is not designed for red, white or grey hair, or for Dark Brown/Black skin (Type VI).

To find your skin type, compare the area you plan to treat with the colour chart in your user guide: White (I), Ivory (II), Beige (III), Light Brown (IV) or Brown (V). The guide also shows the recommended level range and number of passes for each skin type and area.

Underarms, arms, legs and body, the face (including around the mouth), and the bikini line with the small 2.4 cm² lens.

Never use Indulge around the eyes (including eyebrows and eyelashes), on eyelids, lips or nipples, on mucous membranes or other private areas, on tattoos, or on broken or damaged skin.

Indulge is not suitable for:

• anyone under 18
• pregnancy, breastfeeding or menstruation
• keloid tendency
• a history of photosensitivity, or diabetes
• heart disease, hypertension, folliculitis, malignant tumours or anticoagulation disorders
• essential oil therapy
• taking aspirin or immunosuppressants
• sun overexposure in the last 2 weeks
• tattooed areas
• hirsutism and other conditions that may cause complications

If you have a medical condition or are under dermatological treatment, use Indulge only under the guidance of your doctor or dermatologist.

Yes, always, 24 hours before your first session. On a small area of the inner arm, give 1–2 flashes to the same spot, starting at a low level and moving up within your comfort range.

• If you feel any discomfort within 24 hours, don’t use Indulge again until you’ve spoken to a doctor or to us.
• If there is no reaction but the heat felt intense, use one level lower.

1. Shave the area. The skin should be clean, completely dry and free of creams, makeup, deodorant and antiperspirant. Don’t use gels or cosmetics during treatment.
2. Wipe the light window with an alcohol wipe, connect the adapter and hold the power button for 1 second.
3. Put on the protective goggles.
4. Rest the window flat on the skin (a 90° angle). When the indicator lights, press the flash button.
5. Move to the next untreated area without overlapping or leaving gaps.
6. Cover the whole area, then repeat for the number of passes in your guide for your skin type and area.
7. Switch off, unplug, clean the window and moisturise.

Start at a low level and increase gradually, within the range for your skin type, up to the most you can comfortably tolerate.

Expect mild warmth, a slight stinging sensation and a faint popping sound from the device. These are normal. Slight redness is normal too, and an ice pack can help.

If the heat feels intense, lower the level by one setting. If you feel any discomfort afterwards, speak to a dermatologist.

Yes. A semiconductor cooling chip chills an aluminium-alloy plate that frames the flash window. The plate touches your skin as you glide, so it is already cool when the next flash lands. The cooling switches on automatically when you power on, stays on during your session, and is rated by the manufacturer down to 4 °C. It is part of the device itself, not a separate head or accessory.

No, Indulge uses a different design: metal contact cooling. Sapphire devices use a cooling chip to chill a sapphire crystal over the lamp. Indulge uses a cooling chip to chill an aluminium-alloy plate around the flash window, so your skin is cooled as the device moves across it. The cooling switches on automatically when you power on, stays on during your session, and is rated by the manufacturer down to 4 °C.

Your user guide recommends:

• Weeks 1–4: 3–4 times per week
• Weeks 5–8: 2–3 times per week
• After week 8: once every 2 weeks, or once a month

Adjust to your hair regrowth. For dense hair, increase the level and frequency gradually, only as needed. If your skin looks irritated, pause and speak to a dermatologist.

Hair can keep growing for several weeks after your first sessions. Intense pulsed light only works on hair in its active growth phase, so regular sessions and later maintenance matter.

• First month: treated hair grows back finer, lighter in colour and slower.
• From the second month: regrowth reduces significantly, and some areas may stop growing hair altogether.
• After that: any fine regrowth can be treated with a maintenance session every 1–2 months.

We don’t promise permanent removal. Indulge is intended for hair reduction, and individual results vary.

• Moisturise straight away to soothe the skin. A moisturising toner can follow after 6 hours.
• Avoid hot water for 6 hours.
• Avoid perfume, face masks and products with exfoliating beads on treated skin.
• Keep treated skin out of direct sun for 48 hours and use sunscreen outdoors.
• No artificial tanning during your course of treatment.
• See a physician before any cosmetic procedure on a treated area, and a dermatologist if you feel any discomfort.

Indulge works with interchangeable heads with different light-window sizes. Attach the one you need before use.

• HR (2.4 cm²): hair reduction on small areas, such as the bikini line
• SR (3.6 cm²): designed to help improve the look of redness and pigmentation
• AC (3.6 cm²): designed to help improve the look of acne on the face

• Wipe the light window with an alcohol wipe or cotton swab before and after every use. Never spray alcohol directly onto the window.
• Switch off and unplug after use. Indulge also switches itself off after 5 minutes idle.
• Keep it dry. Never immerse it in water or use it in a bathroom or shower.
• Store the device and accessories in the original packaging.

Yes. Independent laboratories tested model i6 against the EU directives behind CE marking (electromagnetic compatibility and low-voltage electrical safety) and against the RoHS directive on restricted substances. The test reports are available on request.

Like any IPL device, Indulge must be used as instructed: do the patch test, wear the goggles and never flash toward the eyes.

Indulge includes a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults, with free repair or replacement. Keep your invoice: it is required for any claim.

The warranty doesn’t cover misuse or accidents, normal wear and tear, water or heat damage, improper storage or handling, unauthorised disassembly, or use beyond normal home use (for IPL devices, more than 6,000 flashes a month).
